Requested payment, but still didn't receive it after TOS time...

I am standard member and have requested payment more than 12 business days ago, but still didn't received it on my AlertPay account (according to TOS it was supposed to arrive within 12 business days).

Please tell when will I be paid requested amount?

I am still waiting for payment and there is no any answer from Admin or anyone why it's so much late...
