How to change password

I cant change my password from the password you gave me to another password I wanted or we can only use that password?
I think you should put a notice when we registering stating we cant enter our password when registering and the password will be sent to our e mail because it makes me confuse when I login for the 1st time.

sorry you cant change your pass, all pass are encripted..
if you dont remember your pass enter in recobery pass and the sistem send you another pass
