Can't login to my account

Today I tried to login to my account and got an error that password is not correct. I have tried to retrive my password by using Forgot Username/Password form, but got message that my e-mail address doesn't exist.

Here is proof that I have registered under my username and with that e-mail address:





I have done nothing wrong so I don't know why this has happened. Please resend new password to my e-mail address so that I can continue clicking.

I have managed to retrive lost password and and have logged in successfully, but it looks like my PIN has been changed because now when I want to change my password in Profile I get message that my PIN is not correct.

I am sorry to bother you, but can you please check what is wrong with it. If you need it, I can send you my PIN that I set up during registration via PM so that you can check what is wrong.
